Hi...
I’m Megan (she/they), a queer and neurodivergent (ADHD) therapist who understands what it’s like to feel out of sync in systems that were never built for us. I work with adults and teens navigating religious trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, shame, burnout, and emotional overwhelm—with a deep respect for your lived experience and neurotype.
As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I don’t pathologize the way your brain works. You are not broken—you are not wrong—and you absolutely don’t need to be "fixed." I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy grounded in proven tools that support regulation, self-trust, communication, and boundary setting, without forcing you to mask or mold yourself to neurotypical expectations.

Queer & Neurodivergent Therapist | CBT, DBT & Somatic Approaches
Religious Trauma | Nervous System Healing | Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
I draw from CBT and DBT through a trauma-informed and flexible lens, while also integrating somatic and nervous system-based therapies that help you come home to your body in ways that feel safe and empowering. Therapy with me is collaborative, consent-based, and paced to honor your nervous system.
My work is explicitly anti-white supremacy, queer- and trans-affirming, and rooted in justice, liberation, and honoring difference—not just tolerating it.
Outside the therapy room, I’m usually camping, hiking, or hanging out with my dogs—being in nature is one of my favorite ways to reset and reconnect, and I’m always open to bringing that into our work if it resonates for you.
You deserve therapy that sees and celebrates all of you.
