Welcome —

My name is Erinn. I’m a neurodivergent therapist with lived experience that informs every aspect of my practice. I value and respect the diverse ways people think, feel, and experience the world, and am committed to creating inclusive, affirming space for my clients. Our work together is not about "fixing" who you are — it’s about understanding yourself, honoring your experiences, understanding your challenges, and building on your strengths.

Neurodivergent
She/Hers

Clinical Therapist

I offer online-only, individual, somatic-based, trauma-informed, talk-therapy to Michigan (MI) residents. I specialize in working with neurodivergent, highly sense-itive people of all identities suffering from things like (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, hopelessness, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, or chronic-fatigue. I especially welcome clients who may have felt marginalized or misunderstood in traditional therapy settings.

In sessions, I aim to create a compassionate, patient, honest and collaborative environment. We’ll tap into your already-existing pathways to coping, healing and thriving, and learn more along the way. We’ll deepen your understanding of your Self and the various parts of you, your position, experiences, and help you achieve your unique goals. We’ll support your nervous-system through personalized variations of mindfulness, Self-inquiry, and body-based practices to process your human experience, and co-create a path forward.

My approach is integrative and informed by several modalities, especially Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory (PVT), Somatic Experiencing (SE). I am a neurodivergent, first-generation college graduate from a working-class background with lived experience that informs my approach. I aim to recognize the impact of the dominant over-culture we exist within. My professional background also includes child welfare/foster care systems, community mental health, and in non-profits serving neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ and other populations. Outside of work, I find my Self in nature - lakes, oceans, mountains, woods - and with animals, especially dogs.

I look forward to working together.”
